I couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot than Southern Mississippi University for Tevin and Savannah’s engagement session!! The day was perfect, with the sunset glistening through the gorgeous oak trees and columns. This place holds a special place in their hearts and mine too!

Their Love Story:

Tevin and Savannah’s love story started here on the beautiful Southern Mississippi University campus back in 2016. This couple’s love story has to be shared with the world because it truly shows how true love sweeps us off our feet, and God’s timing is always perfect.

“At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.” Isaiah 60:22

Savannah said, “We met on our last night of college. Dating was the last thing on our minds, much less finding our soulmate. Tevin was the sweetest, most kind-spirited person I had ever met. We both knew there was a strong connection at that moment but little did we know that it would lead to us spending the rest of our lives together. I know I didn’t expect to fall madly in love so fast, but I did! Tevin said that when he saw me in that big crowd that night, he knew he had to find out who I was and meet me. As he got closer, my green eyes made him even more interested in me. He said it was like finding a new best friend all over again and feeling instantly at peace. We both have strong faith and agree that we prayed for this love story!”

I will forever think this is the most beautiful college campus. The second I step onto campus, I am transported back to the early 2000’s when my grandfather was a professor here. I have the sweetest memories as a little girl of hanging out in his classroom and watching him work. He was a great man with the biggest heart.
