Caitlin’s bridal session at Nottoway Plantation was nothing short of a total DREAM! Being a Southern Belle myself, I basically felt like I was in heaven. The beautiful bride, antebellum mansion, dreamy white room, and beautiful oak trees made it the best day. You can be sure I will remember this day for the rest of my life!

Caitlin is full of pure classy elegance. She is beauty and grace. I certainly am the luckiest photographer in the world to have captured her engagement, bridal, and wedding. Being a part of every step of their love story and capturing it along the way was an honor I don’t take lightly.

Why You Need a Bridal Session

First off, you will get to wear your beautiful wedding dress more than once! That alone should have you convinced. You have dreamed of it since you were a little girl. Let your dream come to life in all the ways possible!

You want these images to pass down to your daughter and her daughter and so on to showcase the amazing woman you are and how excited you were at that time of your life.

Also, it’s the perfect time to do a trial for your wedding hair and makeup.

Last but certainly not least, you WILL want a photo for your reception! Almost all my brides print a huge canvas or framed print and sit it on a stand at their reception. I love that so much. When the reception is over, you can take it home and hang it on your wall. It will be one of the best memories! I know from experience.
